Operate Locks Gently

Clean all painted surfaces using a soft microfiber cloth with clean water or a mild soap solution. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners, solvents, or dry dusting.

Livio products are designed for indoor use. Avoid prolonged exposure to rain, direct sunlight, excessive humidity, coastal air, salt, acids, or alkalis.

Concealed hinges and telescopic channels are factory lubricated. Mechanical pin hinges and locks may be lubricated occasionally using a light machine oil.

Never force a key or handle if the lock does not operate smoothly. Excessive force may permanently damage the precision locking cylinder.

Proper Levelling & Everyday Care

Always install your Livio product on a firm, level surface using the adjustable levelling feet provided. Once levelled, avoid moving or dragging the product without first retracting the levelling feet. Distribute weight evenly across shelves, close doors and drawers gently, and tighten accessible fasteners periodically if required.
