Claims Procedure and Conditions

Warranty claims are processed exclusively through authorized Livio dealers upon presentation of the original purchase invoice. Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery before installation, reporting any missing components, transit damage, or visible finish defects without delay.

Livio reserves the sole discretion to repair, supply replacement components, or replace affected products upon approval. Approved repairs restore functionality, though refinished steel surfaces may show slight inherent texture differences. Logistics expenses, courier charges, and transport remain the customer's responsibility.
